In Mumbai With 5,191 students left without a seat in any junior college after the completion of the online process this year.

I had filled the form with instructions from the guidance center.
I scored 78% but did not get admission in any college.
How can I not be placed in any of the 35 colleges I had opted for? There are colleges that have their cutoffs in the 70s, but I have still not got a seat.
