Students at Mood Indigo were in for a shock as a pretty girl walked around at IIT-Bombay with a placard announcing that she would charge Rs 50 for a “deluxe hug”.
The video was posted on Mood I's facebook page on January 6 and has 310 hits so far.Surprised students stared as the girl dressed in a strappy knee-length dress confidently walked around the campus with the placard.She ended up standing next to a guy with a similar placard for a “free hug”.
No surprises for whom students chose to get a hug from.Before the moral police comes into action, indiancolleges would like to clarify that the students who paid for the ‘deluxe’ hug were in for a shock when they found that the girl holding the placard didn’t give the hug.
Some guys were taken by surprise as they paid for the hug only to realise that a guy who the girl called after she got the money would be giving the ‘deluxe’ hug.
The idea behind the hug was to promote a mouthwash.Many of the visitors (or the victims) took it in good fun and forgot it except one guy who kept on insisting to get a hug from the girl or getting his money back.
