It is brought to you kind notice that KCW, Ludhiana is a college affiliated to PU. The colege is not following the guidelines of ugc. The maximum faculty is hired on ad hoc bases and removed at any time at the discretion of the principal without any notice. Management is aware of all the irregularities. The lectures hired for last 3 to 4 years are removed without justification. Malice Mens rea is involved behind that. Ex is Fine Art Dept. HOD is only interested to employ staff for her personal reason at the stake of the students. Experience is not at all consideed only personal interaction is considered for employment.
